This Way and That

Dates　Dec 6 (Fri) – Dec 28 (Sat), 2024
Venue　The Third Gallery Aya
Details　https://thethirdgalleryaya.com/exhibitions/inagaki2024/

In this exhibition, her first in four years since ‘Diary 2020’, Inagaki presents works that create experiences of paired existences and of measuring distance, such as this side and that side, using a variety of media including video, photography, sculpture and installation. The exhibition re-examines the instability of the world around us and its divisions, such as the ambiguity between self and other, truth and fiction, and roles and positions. Performative art lessons will also be held on the gallery’s second floor, creating a place where viewers become part of the work and proposing new ways of seeing that emerge within relationships. We hope you will experience this work, which offers viewers an opportunity to reconsider their own position and point of view.
