Vomit

A thin woman in her underwear appears on the screen. She retches and vomits something up.
The woman, who was in her underwear, is now wearing a white garment. Then she vomits something again. She is now wearing one more garment. Again she vomits something, and again she puts on another layer. When what she is vomiting becomes clear, it turns out to be jewels. With each act of vomiting she puts on another garment. Gradually she begins to vomit liquid. On the ground spreads a treasure-like scene of what has come from her mouth, while she herself grows bulky with layers of clothing, far from her initial thin appearance.
