The Last Dessert

Video, specially preserved flowers, fresh Japanese confections, food additives

Because the confections contain the maximum amount of additives permitted under the Food Sanitation Act, they do not visibly spoil during the exhibition. The couple appear to be kissing continuously, but in fact each time the woman applies real lipstick to her lips, the man eats it off, and this continues until the lipstick is used up.
