Project ‘Doors’

This work is an annual art project. I shot a video of my performance where I open a door and enter that door each and every year. It has started since 2013. It will continue in the future. A different door is chosen. The doors every year are edited together in same sequence. I perform in a black dress and simple movement makes possible to perform in any ages. The work shows the time from the past and to the presence.

2013 年から始まった毎年行われるプロジェクト。ドアを開けて中に入るシンプルなパフォーマンスをビデオに収める。毎回違うドアが美術関連施設の中から選ばれ、毎年行われる。ただし、2020 年は新柄コロナウィルスの影響により自宅で撮影された。
ドアの映像は１つの映像として編集され繋がれていく。作家は黒いワンピースを着用し、何歳でも演じれるシンプルな動作と撮影方法にしている。作品は過去から現在の時の流れを見せる。
